Jim Bell creates abstract paintings and mixed media works as well as furniture using mostly found and recycled or repurposed materials.

“My work is meant to inspire thought and meditation regarding the condition of being and how it relates to environment, ecology, socio- economic factors, philosophies, and human spirituality through the relationships between form, color, material, and sometimes written language.

The furniture I create is designed to be sturdy and of high-quality. I design mostly farm tables but also do side tables, benches, bars, and bookcases.

My studio features not only my work but the work of other artists as well as furniture and collectables from other sources.”
