Elisabeth Flynn-Chapman is Professor Emerita of Art and Architectural History with a collection of over 60 thousand photographic images. Some have been copied by the Art Institute of Chicago, Northwestern University, I.M.Pei & Associates and other art organizations. Her workshop experiences include those with Ezra Stoller, Norman McGrath, Jim Megargee, Constantine Manos, George Tice and Susan Bloom. She was a guest photographer for the Curator of the Acropolis, Athens. She is the author of articles on Baroque Architecture, Thomas Sully, The Bible in Western Art – Harper Dictionary of the Bible, Moses in the Visual Arts, Interpretation (Union Theological Seminary, Richmond, VA). She has been a guest lecturer for, among others, the Mediterranean Society of America and was named an Honorary member of Kappa Pi. She has traveled throughout the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Egypt, Jordan and China and in 2010 and 2015 held a residency at the Cite’Internationale des Arts, Paris, France.
